How much does a POS system for a shop cost?

EasyPay's Starter pack is Rs 5,000, paid once for each tablet. It comes with the till, the back office, your stock and your reports. The tablet, the printer and the scanner are yours to choose.

Does it keep selling when the internet goes down?

Yes. Sales and payments are kept on the tablet and sent to the back office when the connection returns, and receipts print over your own network or a USB cable. Changes to products, prices and staff wait for the connection, and so does setting up a new tablet.

Can I bring in the products I already have?

Yes. The back office reads a spreadsheet of your products with their sizes, colours, prices and barcodes, shows you what it understood, and adds them in one go.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No, but a counter is faster with one. Any scanner that types like a keyboard works, by USB or Bluetooth, and every product also has a tile to tap. Scanning with the tablet's camera is not supported yet.

My products have no barcodes. What then?

The back office gives a product a barcode of its own and prints its labels, on a sheet or on a roll, for you to stick on.

Can I take card payments?

Yes, on your own card terminal. Take the payment there, then record it on the till as a card payment. The till does not talk to the terminal itself.

Does EasyPay do MRA e-invoicing?

Not yet. EasyPay does not send invoices to the MRA's e-invoicing system today. What it does: your BRN and VAT number print on every receipt with the VAT in the total, a product can be at 15%, zero-rated or exempt, and the back office has a tax report laid out for your VAT return. If your business is required to e-invoice, tell us when you book a demo and we will tell you where it stands.

See it with your own products. Then judge it yourself.

Tell us about your shop and we will arrange a time to show you a sale, a return and a stock check on the till, and the back office behind it.

This opens your own e-mail app with the message written. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
